Château Gravet Renaissance 2015

Raspberry, many, smoke, some toasted oak in the nose.

It starts with smoke, passes to raspberry and adds a pinch of pepper and an anise discharge in the end. It is fairly straightforward and enjoyable to drink.

Joseph Faiveley Chablis 2016

The aroma is made out of spheres. Lime an some stone fruit. There is also some spice.

Dry character, penetrating, artic fresh, everything hides behind a curtain. Does it really matter to decompose or to describe the wine like a mathematical equation? It does not seems so. Just drink it.
