Made from Clairette 50 % and, Ugni Blanc 50 %. White pulp fruit, undiscovered minerals, chemicals, various in the aromas.
It has the character of the whites and the micro frizz. I wanted to go deep and find out of what is made of. The effort doesn't pay off, it's better to appreciate it and let it roll.
