Gooseberries, honey, flowers, nuts, good to spread on bread.
What a tonic, what a layer of flavors. Many gooseberries against twist of lime which gets dry plus minerals dust. It has so much balsamic vapor that it does better than medicine. What shoot of strength, it never ends.
