David Aristagos 2014

A descoberta em torno do que se produz em Swartland, continua. Desta vez tropecei num branco realizado por David e Nadia Sadie. Feito a partir de partir de vinhas de velhas com Sémillon e Chenin Blanc. Também leva Roussanne, Clairette blanche e Viognier.

Que foco no aroma. Tem Banana! Juro. E bolo caseiro. E também tutti-fruity verdadeiro, não daquele que cheira a pastilha elástica.

O vinho é exponencial. Faz-me lembrar o Paço dos Cunhas de Santar. O bolo anda por lá, depois há bagas amarelas, sal e transforma-se em  pêssego-obsessivo.

The quest around Swartland continues. This time I stumbled in a white made by David and Nadia Sadie. made from old bushes with Sémillon e Chenin Blanc. In the blend it is also present Roussanne, Clairette blanche and Viognier.

What aroma. It haves banana! I swear. And crafted cake and real tutti-fruity, not that one like chewing gum.

This wine grows like an exponential function. It resembles the magic Portuguese Paço dos Cunhas de Santar. The cake is there, some gooseberries as well, salt and in the end transforms into peach obsessive.
