Cabrita 2012 Branco

A primeira colheita deste vinho que me veio parar a à mão era a de 2009 e que me deixou boa impressão. Voltei a vê-lo na garrafeira e decidi voltar a tomar-lhe o pulso.

Aroma jovem, limonado.

Na boca é seco, com acidez crocante, sobe na boca e ganha volume, mineral, ligeiramente limonado com sabor a pera rocha madura.


Final curto.

Ligeiro, bom para o verão.

The first vintage I had in my hands was the 2009 that provided very good impressions. I had the opportunity to put my hands again on it, hence I gave it another try.

Youthful aroma, full of lemon.

In the mouth is dry, with crisp acidity, it grows in proposition and volume in the mouth, mineral, slightly citrus notes and ends tasting to ripe Williams pear.
