De cor profunda e cristalina entre o alaranjado e o âmbar. Lágrima gelatinosa e persistente no copo.
Aromas:
Aromas ainda jovens, bastante volatilizados, quase gasosos, sente-se doce de frutos caseiro.
Palato:
Médio doce, de corpo médio e arredondado. Tem sabor compacto com estágio da madeira muito bem integrado. Sabe a doce caseiro da minha avô, alguma amêndoa e no final sente-se um sabor muito fino a laranja. O alcoól está um pouco escondido, não se intrometendo, o que permite que se aprecie na integra o seu sabor. É um Porto bem balanceado.
Final:
Médio, arrastando consigo o fino sabor da laranja.
Conclusão:
Um Tawny refinado, acompanhou várias mãos cheias de pinhões. Uma combinação perfeita. Há muito tempo que um Tawny não me dava tanto prazer em beber.

Medium sweet with medium body. If can feel the barrel where the wine aged. It's tastes to my grandmother jam, some almonds at the end you can feel a hint of orange flavour. Alcohol is hidden in a underneath layer which allows you to taste its full flavour. Very balanced, really very tasty.
Finish:
Medium. You can continue to feel the orange flavour.
Conclusion:
A refined Tawny. I paired it with pine nuts. A beautiful combination. I don't remember the last time a Tawny gave me so much pleasure to drink.
