Made primarily with Zinfandel (90%) with a twist of Petite Sirah and Alicante Bouschet, 5% each.
Dark almost opaque ruby with a refined scent of raspberry, cherry, light oak and pepper. It is aromatic.
Rich impactful wave of red fruit jam, elegant, polished and in particular fresh. Long finish with vegetal notes breaking the fruit to fade away.
