Made from Alvarinho. Evolved during a period of six months inside of a clay amphora. It were produced 1672 bottles.
Light on aromas: mineral and some tropical zest.
In the mouth reveals, lemon and some kind of pepper spice that gives a swirled sensation, then it becomes salty with lemon crystals and ends buttery.
