I met the wine producer in Amsterdam in 2023 and this wine was one of my favorites. Due it's limited production - 2024 vintage output is only, 1921 bottles - I waited for this year if I could put my hand on the bottle.
Aromas composed of strong mineral presence, flowers and lemon.
In the mouth is buttery, zesty character, mainly salted lemon, keeps elegance and lightness, despite it's layered composition. Underneath, like a submarine, some vegetable presence navigates deep. Ends ripping the salt. Magical for the summer.
