Sobre o irmão tinto, aqui já disse maravilhas, talvez um dos mais enigmáticos tintos Sul Africanos, daí que tinha curiosidade de beber uma experiência da qual resultou apenas um barril. Feito a partir de Sauvignon Blanc e Semillion.

Aromas a fruta madura, fruta cozida, parece pera.

Na boca é leve, é de uma leveza celestial. Deixa-nos levar pela corrente. Não há coisas açucaradas, é salgadito, enrolado, fino e delicado. Perfeito para comer com um peixe grelhado.

About the red brother, I already wrote about it, maybe one of the most enigmatic South African wines, hence I had the curiosity of experimenting this single barrel made of a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillion.

Aromas of ripe fruit, stewed fruit, seems pear.

Very light, celestial light it takes and drowns you on the journey, there is no sugar it is salty, coiled, sharp and delicate. Perfect to pair with grilled fish.
