Quinta da Pedra Escrita 2010 Branco

O que me levou a comprar este vinho foi a adução de Alvarinho no Douro, acrescido ao facto de ser feito por um dos melhores produtores de Brancos Portugueses com o nome de Castello D'Alba.

Feito a partir de feito Alvarinho, Rabigato, Verdelho e Viognier.

Aparência:
Cor amarela pálida.


Aromas:
Fresco no aroma, algumas notas de flores no fundo e notas cítricas.

Palato:
Na boca é seco e mineral, sente-se algum sal, é fresco e muito limonado, alguma fruta de polpa branca madura e acaba com uma sensação fantástica de frescura que se entranha pela  garganta. Acidez bem afinada e viva.


Final:
Final longo.


Conclusão:
Magnifico branco. Custa 10€. Finissímo. Mantenha fresco para melhor o apreciar.

What led me to buy this wine was the adduction of Alvarinho grape variety in Douro, added to the fact that it is made by one of the best producers of Portuguese whites under the brand Castello D'Alba.


Made from a blend of Alvarinho, Rabigato, Verdelho and Viognier.

 Appearance:
Pale yellow color.

Aromas:
Fresh aroma, some notes of flowers in the background and citrus notes.

Palate:
In the mouth it is dry and mineral, with some salt, is fresh full of lemon, some ripe white pulp fruit, ends with a great feeling of freshness that sticks into the throat. Finely-tuned and lively acidity.

Finish:
Long.

Conclusion:
Finesse and magnificent white. It costs 10€. Keep it cool to enjoy properly.
