Discovered in a Ribera del Duero wine tasting event in Amsterdam. Emerged from the Tempranillo armada. This one really shined, What a find. According to the producer the grape Albillo, is being rescued and reintroduced from the dominant reds that consumers mostly desire.
Aromas of peach, honey, flowers, wax. Its is intense and makes your starve for it.
This is stratospheric white. Peach, gooseberries, honey, all salty. What a finesse it shows! And it grows and vaporizes and what impactful finish. This will make you forget what you most of the time are drinking.
